Thanks for the great interview! I've tried a Hawaiian tea myself, and it was quite tasty. I look forward to tasting more tea from Hawaii.

I like how George talked about two main things with tea: connectivity and mindfulness. Tea helps you to be mindful especially of your own health and of your body and spirit as well as of your mind itself. Then there is the connectivity to balance it off. That's where there's a lot of friendship and community brought together by tea. Isn't tea wonderful?

Jason, thanks for leaving such a thoughtful comment! I completely agree with both you and George. Tea has a certain peaceful power that brings a community together. I feel so fortunate that I can experience tea on a daily basis!
