With a glass jar in hand, I headed into the garden in search of a few sprigs of woodsy rosemary and fragrant lavender blossom. After a quick rinse, a muddle, a pinch or two of english breakfast and a moment under the faucet, the glass jar found its way into the Sunday summer sun.
