On a chilled wintry evening I gathered with friends at Philadelphia's Premium Steap tea shop for a special tea tasting. We sipped milk oolong, spicy chai, chinese green teas, gingerbread rooibos and magnolia oolong in delicate glass cups as we peered at the walls lined with silver tea tins. I must admit that what I love most about this special shop is their knowledge of tea and willingness to share their infused tips (take a closer look at the labels on each tea package with recommended water temperature and steep time).
Celebrating the holiday season, I found myself drawn to their curated collection of gift sets. From single infusers, to simply stunning tea canisters, classic mugs hugged by a knit sweaters to tea-to-go delights, my wish list seemed to grow by the second.
