Alex Jones of Collective Creamery will offer four artisan cheeses crafted by women cheesemakers at Birchrun Hills Farm and Milkhouse Cheese. that will be featured in the Fall-Winter Collective Creamery cheese subscription. I will steeping and sharing four fall-inspired teas, one to pair with each cheese. Alex Bois, the James Beard Award-nominated baker of Lost Bread Co., will share freshly baked breads, and we'll enjoy herb-infused honeys from Berks County's Furnace Creek Farm.
We will guide us through the fall tasting, offering stories and details about these handcrafted foods along the way. Guests will be gifted their petite porcelain tea cup at the end of the event. I hope to see you there to welcome the first day of autumn.
